HJC Europe is bringing another contender to the adventure sector with the new C80 modular helmet. Unfortunately this helmet hasn’t been announced for the US market at this time, but it looks like it could be a great value.

The C80 starts with an Advanced Polycarbonate Composite Shell and a glove friendly chin bar lever. It sports a removable peak, drop down sun shield, and large Pinlock ready face shield; all of which are nice to have.

 Venting is provided by two large vents at the chin and top of the helmet, both appear easy to find and operate on the move. Inside the helmet are accommodations for glasses and communications systems. As well as HJC’s Advanced Channeling Ventilation system to help keep air from those large vents moving around your noggin.

Looks wise HJC is kicking off the line up with a good number of options for the C80, four solid colors and five graphic colorways are available.

As the C80 is currently a Europe exclusive it meets the ECE 22.05 standard and it should be plenty safe for US streets too; we certainly hope to see it available on our shores at some point.
