Konflict Motorsports has chosen the lauded KTM 790/890 Adventure R to be the first in for fitment of the Hard Adventure Series Carbon Cartridge Kit (H.A.S. Cartridge Kit) suspension and performance upgrade.

Engineered in a close partnership with MX-Tech Suspension (M.X.T.) the H.A.S. system incorporates full external adjustability and Huck Valve Technology. M.X.T. developed the Konflict Hard Adventure Carbon cartridge for maximum performance incorporating low mass, low friction, and the highest quality materials available.

This inaugural Konflict Motorsports H.A.S. cartridge kit features dual cartridges and springs available in 240mm and 270mm suspension strokes. The design is ideal for adventure riding and racing, where extreme loads transfer to the chassis—the Konflict Motorsports H.A.S. Carbon builds upon the original MX-Tech Lucky cartridge.

However, the combined effort between K.M. and M.X.T. enhanced the system for riders who require more support throughout the fork stroke range. The H.A.S. Carbon cartridge kit effectively modulates a higher oil volume. Ultimately, these forks deliver excellent compliance and more positive steering response, resulting in increased traction.

K.M. continues to follow a rigorous R&D process to further optimize parts for performance and weight savings. In many cases, the updated components can be retrofitted during a suspension service from K.M. or an authorized professional suspension tuner. However, this does not apply to the original M.X.T. Lucky cartridge.
