Michelin has announced the launch of its newest motorcycle tire the Anakee Wild. The Anakee Wild is a radial tire designed for big trail bikes meant for both on and off-road use. Initially the tire will launch with four radial sizes, including those equiping what Michelin considers the “flagship” bike in this category, the BMW R1200GS. Additional sizes will enter the market throughout the coming year to cover most popular adventure bikes.

Anakee Wild is aimed at bikers who seek adventure, whether on solo rides, passenger rides, or group rides. The tire is perfectly aligned for those who view biking as an expedition anda menas to experience and disocer ecviting journeys. The Anakee is designed to break away from paved roads and fully exploit the potential of adventure bikes on uneven, sandy, and muddy tracks. It is purpose built to adapt to all terrain types and situations, as well as the most varied climates.
