Inspired by the world of Adventure Touring, the GIVI Tourer helmet is designed with a removable chin guard and is aimed towards the motorcycle enthusiast with an enduro, a dual sport, or an adventure touring motorcycle. The helmet has dual homologation as both a full face helmet and a ¾ helmet, which can be worn on the street without the chin guard.

When the chin guard is removed completely, the fixing points are hidden by the special "caps" provided in order to maintain the aesthetic quality of the helmet and reduce overall noise. A principal characteristic the helmet is the upper spoiler element, or visor, which is aesthetically pleasing, functional and similar to the chin guard, can be easily removed.

Another feature of the helmet is the drop down sun visor which is easily actuated by hand, with or without gloves. The entire interior, including the cheek pads, has hypoallergenic and antibacterial properties and is also fully removable and washable.
