The major change in the latest generation Adventure Rally is a revised fit that makes the suit more comfortable. Extensive testing and rider feedback was used to adjust the geometry of the jacket with more comfortable fabrics used in key flex areas. The fit can be further tailored to rider’s size with new quick adjust straps on the forearms and sides.

The core of the Adventure Rally Jacket is an innovative internal harness system that disperses weight across the body, reducing fatigue and increasing the rider’s ability to carry essential cargo. This now removable harness also supports the D30 chest armor and includes a kidney belt. A major change to the latest generation Adventure Rally is an innovative update to the collar in place of the former removable collar, this collar now positions the neck brace on the outside of the jacket with a specially designed pocket in the back of the jacket for a neck brace. A pocket in the back of the jacket holds a 3.0L hydration reservoir with internal routing options.

A product is only as good as the ingredients it is made from and no expense was spared spec’ing the most advanced fabrics available and sewing them together using KLIM propriety Rhino Stitching Process. All outer materials are GORE-TEX® 3 Layer Pro Shell Armacor fabrics for maximum waterproofness and breathability. Superfabric material is overlaid on the shoulders, elbows and knees to provide an incredibly high level of abrasion resistance to protect the rider should the suit ever be involved in a crash.

A combination of D3O® top of the line Xergo and Viper Pro armor is used extensively in the suit with shoulder, elbow, knee, chest, back, thigh and hip pads. 3M Scotchlite™ reflective panels are used on the jacket highlighting the profile of the body making the rider more visible at night and Heavy Duty YKK® zipper used throughout.
