The 20S features several industry firsts, including Bluetooth 4.0 technology with dual Bluetooth communication modules, to create one of the most advanced Bluetooth headsets available on the market. The 20S incorporates Audio Multitasking allowing conversation with others while simultaneously listening to music or GPS, and a multi-way conference intercom giving users the ability to intercom up to eight riders for up to a 1.2 mile radius. To accompany the new Sena 20S, Sena has also launched a new smartphone app available for users to download on both iPhone and Android smartphones to allow users to adjust and control the settings of their 20S. The smartphone app allows for simple pairing and offers full control of all device functions including basic configuration settings, speed dials, FM radio preset stations as well as access the Quick Start Guide and current firmware updates. In addition, the Sena 20S includes Group Intercom feature allowing users to instantly create a conference intercom with up to eight additional participants that can then be managed with the smartphone app for a quicker and simpler set up process.
