Sena Technologies, Inc., a Bluetooth innovator in the motorcycle and outdoor activities market, has announced the release of the Sena 3S, a Bluetooth 3.0 stereo headset with Bluetooth intercom designed specifically for motorcycles and entry level riders.

The Sena 3S is Sena’s first entry-level Bluetooth communications product and is targeted at riders new to the market who are looking for an affordable means of communication to stay connected, listen to music, and manage navigation while riding.

The 3S features a unibody design that integrates the main unit, control panel, speakers, and microphone as one, allowing for a simpler installation and ease of use. The new unit also features an easy-to-access and intuitive two-button operation interface for quick access while riding to limit distractions.

Featuring two different models, the 3S-B with a boom microphone and the 3S-W with a wired microphone. The 3S-W is the Sena 3S Bluetooth Headset & Intercom with a wired microphone kit designed for full-face helmets.

With the boom mic the two-button control base is built into the mic while the wireless microphone kit has the control pad separate from the mic for ease of use. The 3S will be available in the fourth quarter of 2014. MSRP: $99.00 Sena.com.
