KEY FEATURES:

State-of-the-art manufacturing techniques make the TraX Adventure aluminum cases both durable and lightweight. Robot welding produces thin, strong seams for water resistance and stability, while 3D-formed areas in the sheet metal enhance strength without adding excess weight.

The cases have a large chamfer on the lower edge, to optimize lean angle ground clearance for cornering; the chamfers also improve rider safety by eliminating sharp edges that could get caught on a rider's leg. Glass-reinforced plastic protects the outer corners of the cases, while powder coating or anodizing keeps the surfaces clean and attractive, both inside and out.

Tough and waterproof, TraX Adventure cases incorporate sealing gaskets, rivets, and screws that are designed specifically to keep out water and dirt. All plastic components are punch-riveted to the case instead of perforating the wall material, thus preventing possible weak spots where water or dirt can enter. A specific sealing geometry has been developed to achieve a watertight connection between the lid and case body, and a special sealant is used for the screws.

TraX Adventure cases provide practical solutions for both daily and long-distance riding, including removable lids, easy-to-use latches, internal lid stays, outer tie-down points, and one of the most versatile carrier systems on the market. These cases will fit any QUICK-LOCK EVO brackets, which combine bike-specific fit with convenient quick-release mounting.
